Jewel made entirely by hand by the Italian craftsman Gianmarco Fontana. Ring made of 925 Silver, which is part of the "Animalia" collection depicting a chameleon.
The main morphological elements that all species of chameleons have in common are the structure of the legs, the eyes, the lack of ears, and the tongue. Many species have heads "decorated" with nasal protuberances, beaks, horns, or crests; these decorations are generally more evident in males.
The legs of chameleons have two main toes, each of which has two or three claws. The fingers serve as a pincer for the chameleon to firmly grasp the branches. The front legs have two claws on the outer finger and three on the inner one, in the hind legs these numbers are reversed.
The eyes of chameleons represent a unique case in the animal world. They can rotate and focus independently of each other; without moving, the chameleon is able to observe the surrounding environment at 360 °.
