Jewel made entirely by hand by the Italian craftsman Gianmarco Fontana. Ring made of 925 Silver, which is part of the "Skulls" collection depicting the Scream skull.

This skull was created to merge the human being and the monkey, creating a solid point of conjunction between the two species.

The name is related to the grimace that this skull has on its face.
