Jewel made entirely freehand by the Italian craftsman Gianmarco Fontana. Ring depicting the creation of Adam made of 925 Silver, which is part of the "Otaku" collection.
A classic that meets another classic! This pendant was created to pay tribute to one of the greatest Italian artists ever: Michelangelo Buonarroti.
His ingenious creativity gave life to one of the most incredible works ever made, "The Creation of Adam", a fresco created inside the Sistine Chapel vault, which is part of the Vatican Museums.
In combination with this work, the tribute embraces a totally different and distant world: that of Japanese anime manga.
The mash up is very clear: the three Evangelion units (EVA00, EVA01, EVA02) developed on a fig leaf (Nerv logo) in a pose that recalls the movements of Buonarroti's fresco. The fig leaf is an unmistakable junction between the two worlds, as it represents the Original Sin committed by Adam and Eve.
EVA01 as God, the other two units framing the main subject, who stretches out his arm in search of a connection with human mortality.
